How do I set up FaceID/Touch ID?
- Sign in to Qred app (latest version)
- Go to settings and click "Enable Face ID/Touch ID"
- At the next time you sign in, your device will ask you to accept FaceID/TouchID
(Please note that on your Apple device you can choose FaceID/Touch ID and on Android you can choose TouchID)
What should I do if I forget my PIN?
You can see your PIN in the app:
- Log in to the app
- Go to card page
- Click the card
- Click 'View PIN'

Does Qred's app cost?
No, Qred's app is completely free of charge.
